Spring

Meltwater Canyon

The Verzasca River runs emerald and violent in April. You stand on a granite ledge above a gorge that has been carving itself for ten thousand years and you jump.

Guided canyon jumping in the Verzasca Valley with professional safety rigging. Swim through carved granite pools, abseil waterfalls, and leap from heights between 4 and 14 metres into water so clear it looks solid.

Summer

Midnight on Glass

At 23:47 the last ferry light disappears. The full moon turns Lake Brienz into a mirror. You paddle into the centre of it and the Alps are below you as much as above.

Stand-up paddleboarding under full moon conditions on Lake Brienz, one of Switzerland's most remote glacial lakes. Bioluminescent plankton blooms in peak summer. We launch at midnight and return at first light.

Autumn

Golden Ferrata

The larch forests above Zermatt turn a colour that has no name in English. You climb iron cables bolted into granite while the Matterhorn watches from across the valley.

A full-day via ferrata traverse above Zermatt through the golden larch belt at 2,400 metres. Cables, ladders, and exposed traverses with the Matterhorn as a constant horizon. No previous climbing experience required — full harness and helmet provided.

Winter

Torchlit Descent

Three hours into the mountain, torches lit, the world reduced to the circle of your headlamp and the crunch of snow, you arrive at a stone hut that smells of melted Gruyère.

A guided snowshoe descent through old-growth forest into a private mountain hut, arriving for a traditional Raclette and Fondue dinner with local wine. The return is by torchlight under a clear alpine sky. Groups of 2 to 16.

Who We Take

Three kinds of people
who need the mountain

Two people silhouetted on a mountain ridge at golden hour overlooking Swiss alpine valley
Couples

Celebrate something you can't celebrate at a restaurant.

Anniversaries, proposals, the arbitrary Tuesday you decided to stop waiting. We build two-person expeditions around moments that deserve more than a table for two.

  • Private via ferrata at sunrise
  • Champagne at 3,000 m after a glacier hike
  • Midnight SUP under a full moon for two

Corporate Teams

Tired of trust falls.

Teams of 8 to 16 who need to actually trust each other. A via ferrata rope teaches that faster than any workshop. We run half-day and full-day team programmes.

  • Via ferrata team challenge, Lauterbrunnen
  • Night navigation and snowshoe, Grindelwald
  • Rafting + alpine dinner debrief

Solo Veterans

Done Iceland. Done Patagonia. What's next.

You have the gear. You have the stamps. You need a guide who won't explain what a carabiner is. We match you to routes that still have something to teach you.

  • Technical alpine traverse, Chamonix ridge
  • Multi-day ski touring, Valais
  • Ice climbing clinic, Grindelwald

The Season Is Short

The mountain
doesn't wait.

Every season has a window of 8–12 weeks. Most expeditions book out 6 weeks in advance. The Schilthorn doesn't reschedule.
